A drink with… Nancy Kline

Nancy Kline

Tuesday 1st December 2015, 6.00-7.30pm.

Venue: 28 Portland Place, London W1B 1DE

Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to listen to the very special Nancy Kline in person. In this one-off alumni event, Nancy will make a brief presentation, inspired by her most recent book, Living with Time to Think: The goddaughter letters, which poignantly demonstrates how living in a Thinking Environment stimulates independent thinking and adds vividly to the wisdom, insights and joy we can experience. Through letters written by Nancy to her three goddaughters as young women, the book adds a fresh perspective to some of the profound questions we all ponder on: How can I lead a good life? How do we find meaning in living? How can we be happy?

Nancy’s personal reflections will be followed by a ‘chat show style’ conversation with Nancy, hosted by Liz Gooster. We will then open up the floor to an audience Q&A, so come armed with your questions and your curiosity and be prepared to be wowed in person by Nancy’s unique qualities in this interactive, engaging session.

Nancy is well-known and well-loved as the creator of the Thinking Environment, Founder and President of the Time to Think company, and author of the amazing Time to Think books. As well as leading her company, she teaches Time To Think Courses and delivers keynote presentations around the world. Nancy was born and raised in New Mexico and now lives in England with her husband, Christopher Spence. In 2010 she won the Listener of the Year Award, which is presented by the International Listening Association to nationally or internationally prominent listeners who epitomise the highest standards and principles of effective listening.

We are delighted to invite you to join us to listen, ask questions, network and above all, bask in the unmatchable aura of serenity and knowledgeability that Nancy Kline exudes.
